Taste Tradition in Every Bite: Zongzi – A Delicious Heritage
Zongzi is a beloved dish that takes center stage during Dragon Boat Festival (端午節)—one of the three major festivals celebrated in Taiwan.
Think of it as the Chinese version of tamales: fragrant sticky rice wrapped in bamboo leaves, filled with tender pork belly, shiitake mushrooms, peanuts, and pickled daikon. A true celebration of flavors, history, and culture.
This year, we’re once again collaborating with Papa Lin to bring you his signature zongzi, a recipe passed down through generations, prepared with the finest ingredients, and wrapped with care.
A Limited-Time Offering: Available only during the Dragon Boat Festival, don’t miss out on this seasonal delicacy.

Allergen
Shellfish, soy and nut.
Cooking instructions:
Remove plastic packaging.
Place frozen zongzi in the steamer. Steam on high for 15 minutes or until the center is soft and thoroughly heated (poke zongzi with a chopstick, if you can insert it easily into the center then it's ready). Once thoroughly heated, remove the bamboo leaf and drizzle sweet and chilli sauce with freshly chopped coriander (serving suggestion).
