Crispy Vegetable Spring Rolls with Signature Green Aioli (Vegan)

Golden crispy spring rolls filled with fresh seasonal vegetables, aromatic shiitake mushrooms, and crunchy water chestnuts for the perfect balance of flavour and texture. Each pack includes our signature vegan Green Aioli dipping sauce, made with fresh herbs and pineapple for a refreshing sweet-savory finish.

Cooking Instructions

Cooking instructions are a guideline only.

For best results, cook straight from frozen.

⏱️ 10–12 min Air Fry

Preheat air fryer to 200 degrees. Arrange spring rolls in a single layer and cook from frozen for 10–12 minutes, turning once halfway through, until crisp and heated through.

⏱️ 7 min Shallow Fry

Heat enough vegetable oil in a pan for shallow frying (preferably coconut or sunflower oil with high smoking point). When the oil is hot, gently lower the spring rolls into the pan. Lower to temp to low. Cook them in batches for 6–7 min or until golden brown. Remove and drain.

⏱️ 15 min Bake

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Lightly coat spring rolls with a thin layer of vegetable oil. Place the rolls in a single layer on a tray lined with baking paper. Bake until it is crispy and golden brown.

Dipping sauce

Enjoy it with Home Bao complimentary green aioli (vegan) sauce. Simply empty the sachet into a dipping sauce bowl and bring it to room temperature.
