
Shaomai is a type of dim sum traditionally made from pork, but we have carefully sourced a chicken version as an alternative.
The silky shaomai wrapper is slightly thinner than a dumpling wrapper, so they're best prepared by steaming from frozen.
This product is halaal (please find certification on packaging).
Preparation method
Line a steamer with silicon paper or lettuce leaves.
Place straight from the freezer into the steamer and cook for 6–7 minutes.
